Our Story

At Folsom Village Mobile Home and RV Park, we love camping just as much as you do. The Park was built to house the workers who built the Folsom Dam so many years ago.  The Mobile Homes of yesterday are only but a few left, as we have removed the homes when no longer viable, and converted the spots to RV/motorhome/travel trailer spots for full time guests.   People have gotten creative in personalizing their spaces making the community attractive for long-term rv park living.

Our outside row is now home to three Tiny Homes!  They are so cute!  We have a pad ready for one more Tiny Home!  Let us know if you are interested in purchasing one and placing it in the park!

Our Location

Located near Old Town Folsom, Light Rail and easy access to Hwy 50.  Lots of activities on Folsom Lake, Lake Natoma, walking trails, biking trails and so much more.

Call the managers office and ask....  Or use the Contact form below to email us.  We do have an extensive application, your unit needs to be 15 years and younger with all holding tanks working.  916-985-4206.    We have extensive Rules and Regulations, Pet Policies, and due to tight quarters, in most cases only one vehicle can be parked at your space.  

Between $900 and $1100 depending on size of lot, etc.  Then Water/Sewer is $62.41 per mos,  Garbage is $31.62 per mos, and electricity is sub-metered and charged accordingly to usage.
